Let your favorite shop know you care by voting for them in the 2025 Local Quilt Shop Contest.

With tons of prizes, it is a great way to show your love (it’s also a lot cheaper than chocolates or roses).

The contest is a little more than halfway done and over 35,000 voters have told us why they love their local quilt shops.

While there’s many long-loved shops returning to the contest, many new stores are feeling the love this year as well!

Miss Good Stitch in Munising, Michigan is tied for 12th place in the leaderboard.

Last year, they ended the contest with 40 votes, an impressive number, but not enough to win the Michigan Regional title.

In 2025, they’ve already received 338 votes, that’s over 8 times the amount they received last year!

Michigan is in for an exciting contest. Last year’s Regional Winner, Seven Sisters Quilt Shop and Miss Good Stitch are tied for 1st place in Michigan with 338+ votes apiece.

There’s clearly A LOT of quilting love in Michigan this year.

Nonna’s Quilting Nook in Zanesville, Ohio is celebrating more than the 8th annual Local Quilt Shop Contest in 2025.

This year is also their 20th anniversary. Even after all these years, customers are still absolutely in love with this shop.

In 2024, Nonna’s was the runner up for the Regional title in Ohio. This year, Nonna’s is currently leading in the state, but last year’s winner Pins & Needles is close behind.

Both stores have nearly DOUBLED their vote count from last year and currently sit at 7th and 8th place on the international leaderboard.

CottonWood LLC in Severna Park, Maryland is a completely new quilt shop and they’ve already made their way to 5th place internationally.

It’s great to see a young shop have so much community support.

They’re hoping to continue to rise in the leaderboard and show the world some Maryland pride!
